SHIPPING

 Our shipping couriers are Royal Mail and DPD. We can offer 2 Deliver methods;

  • Tracked 48 Royal Mail
  • International Tracked. 

With all Next day delivery orders. Orders must be placed between Monday - Thursday before 3pm. With best endeavours, If you order before 3pm on Friday your order will be dispatched that day. However this order will not reach you till the Following Monday. 

Any orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday with delivery on the Tuesday. However If you select Saturday delivery, you will receive your order the next day if you place your order before 3pm on Friday. 

Please note: All orders dispatched from the UK. Goods may be subject to VAT & Duty upon entry into the chosen delivery country. This is due to the United Kingdom leaving the European Union as of 2021. An import tax payment will be mandatory on all European and International Orders. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

If any order is refused at the border by the customer for any reason and the parcel is returned back to us we will immediately process a refund for the products, but the associated shipping charges will be lost.

RETURNS

COVID-19

To ensure we comply with Covid Secure guidance we now quarantine all return parcels for 3 days to protect our staff and working environment from potential coronavirus transmissions.

Please be aware the quarantine period will impact the speed of your exchange or refund. We apologise for this inconvenience, but we want to protect our colleagues and do our part in suppressing the virus.

We still aim to process the exchange or refund within 10 days of receiving the parcel at our warehouse.

Returning your order with Fresh Couture is quick, easy and free. 

If you need to return your order for what ever reason then you can return your item by;

PLEASE LEAVE YOUR NAME AND ORDER NUMBER NUMBER ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PARCEL. 

You have 28 days from the day you receive the item to get a refund.

We run a strict 28 days refund policy.

Please leave a note inside the return parcel with clear instructions of what actions you wish to be carried out.

We can offer; 

  • Refund. Only available on full price items.
  • Online Giftcard will be issued for orders of sale items.
  • Exchange for another item(s) of the same value
  • Exchange for another size of the same item

ITEMS MUST BE UNWORN WITH TAGS STILL ATTACHED IF BEING RETURNED FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE. 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International returns must be covered by the customer. We suggest using your local postal service or a courier:

  • Please download, print off, and complete a returns form if you do not already have one.
  • Ensure your return is well packaged, and meets all the conditions mentioned above.
  • Please mark 'Returned Items' clearly on the outer packaging of your parcel and most importantly ensure that the 'Return Goods' option is ticked on the customs declaration form, to prevent any import charges and taxes being applied.
  • Enclose the completed Returns form with your goods, and return to the address above.
